Yoga in the Park
Take your vinyasa practice outside and enjoy the fresh air while practicing social distancing . Yoga in the Park will start in the next weeks of spring.
This customized class will allow you to go deeper in your practice. Use this sessions to explore specific areas of your personal interest, such improving postural alignment, pranayama (breath work) or meditation.
We offer a group or individual yoga classes to all type of business and organizations, at your work centre, suitable to your space and time. All classes are currently online.

Hypopresives is an innovative postural and respiratory training system that combines fascial stretching and hypopressive exercises.
Excessive intra-abdominal pressure has a negative impact on different parts of the body, such as the lower back, the abdomen and specially the pelvic floor.
Hypopressives exercises focuses on reducing pressure and raise the internal organs, thus achieving more toned, flexible muscles, improved breathing and a healthy spine.
